After several weeks of slogging through the snow, across mountains passes, down deep ravines, and fording across raging icy rivers, the heroes stood on a road. A real road. Svevenka had led the heroes safely through the Fens of the Icemists and stated that the fabled city of Xin-Shalast was but a few days away. The party had come so far, been through so much in a relatively short time, the lure of the last city drew them ever onwards, and ever upwards, deeper into the Kodar Mountains.
Note: I accidently deleted this one, and I have been cleaning up my PC files so I couldn't find an original copy. Poop. I reviewed the recovery steps, but this was done several weeks ago so they didn't work. Google Blogger doesn't have a native "recover deleted post" capability, so I think I am out of luck.
Here is the short version - we got to town, we defeated the kuchrima's, we got away and are hiding in town. And we reached 16th level.
